Microsoft Envisions 2024 as the ‘Year of the AI PC’ with the Introduction of a New Copilot Key on Keyboards. This physical key, set to replace the right Control key, aims to revolutionize the Windows PC keyboard for the first time in nearly three decades. Positioned between the Alt key and the left arrow key, the Copilot key will serve as a central element for seamlessly engaging with Copilot in day-to-day tasks, aligning with Microsoft’s commitment to making AI transformation more accessible. In regions where Copilot is unavailable, the key will launch Windows Search. The debut of keyboards featuring the Copilot key is scheduled for CES 2024, with shipments expected to commence in late February, marking a significant milestone in Microsoft’s AI-focused strategy
